The Head of Partnership France leads Agicap’s French partner channel from Lyon, managing a team of 8–10 partnership field sales to drive significant ARR growth. The role is responsible for structuring and scaling the partnerships organization, owning the French partnerships business plan, and serving as the external face of Agicap with partners. It works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other internal teams to align on a partner-first strategy and deliver a high-quality customer experience. This is a high-impact leadership position in a fast-growing fintech scale-up operating in the mid-market treasury management space.
