Head of Workforce Management (WFM), Marketplace Experience will own the end-to-end planning engine behind Glovo's global customer support operation, covering demand forecasting, BPO staffing, real-time operations, and agent productivity at scale across markets. The role is focused on transforming forecasting accuracy, building specialist WFM tracks, and strengthening tooling and analytics to raise WFM to the next level at Glovo. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of WFM leadership experience in fast-paced, data-intensive environments, with hands-on modeling in Python or R, and is based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
