About this role
The Human Resources Director leads LCBC's HR function to maximize team effectiveness in support of the church's mission to introduce people to Jesus and help them fully follow him. The role reports to the Executive Director of Finance and is based at the Central Office in Manheim, PA. It is a full-time leadership position that oversees HR staff including the Benefits & HRIS Specialist and the Hiring & Recruiting Director.
