About this role

QGenda is hiring an Implementation Consultant within its Technical Delivery Services organization to support healthcare customers during onboarding and the implementation of QGenda’s Scheduling product. The role centers on delivering a successful go-live experience by setting up the solution to meet customer-defined success criteria and ensuring a strong foundation for long-term product adoption. This position works closely with internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
