About this role

The IT Operations Coordinator supports FreedomPay’s IT function by serving as the operational backbone for vendor management, documentation, and day-to-day IT workflows. The role manages the lifecycle of IT vendor relationships, maintains current documentation, and ensures operational processes run smoothly. It also provides light technical and helpdesk support in coordination with the Systems Support team and other internal stakeholders. The position reports to the Director of IT Applications and operates within a fast-paced, high-growth commerce technology environment.
