Infillion is seeking an IT Support Technician based in Santa Monica, CA to provide technical support across multiple offices and a large remote workforce. The role supports a predominantly macOS environment (with Windows support) in a cloud-first, SOC 2–compliant company. The technician will help maintain systems, assist with compliance and onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with Security, Legal, and DevOps teams to ensure secure, efficient IT operations.
