The CJ Knowledge Specialist at Payoneer is a strategic, hands-on owner of the Customer Journey knowledge ecosystem, responsible for designing and running the knowledge program that powers associates, customers, and self-serve channels. It requires close partnership with CJ Operations, Ops Tech, Analytics, Training, QA, Product, and Risk to align knowledge with business goals and enable successful project launches and change management.
