About this role

Obsidian Security is hiring a Lead Analytics Engineer to own the company's data warehouse, DBT project, and semantic layer for executive dashboards and AI agents. This senior role involves designing dimensional models, establishing CI/CD pipelines, and leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate analytics engineering. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Finance to drive data strategy aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

Own and architect the internal DBT project and data warehouse
Design dimensional models serving dashboards and AI agents
Establish CI/CD discipline with automated testing and deployment
Operate reverse-ETL pipelines to move data back to systems of record
Mentor teammates and set technical standards for the data function
