Learning Operations & Compliance Lead

The Learning Operations & Compliance Lead is responsible for administering, governing, and continuously improving JD Power's learning ecosystem, including Workday Learning, enterprise compliance training, analytics, and operational processes. The role serves as the primary Workday Learning subject matter expert and partners with HR, Legal, IT, and business leaders to ensure scalable, compliant, and effective learning programs.
