Lifeguard

This role is responsible for maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas while creating a positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement. The position requires constant surveillance of the aquatic area, adherence to emergency procedures, and the ability to respond immediately to any situations. The individual will also facilitate boating activities and ensure all safety rules and policies are consistently applied.
