Lifeguard

This role is responsible for maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas while creating a positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement. The position requires constant surveillance of the pool area, immediate response to emergencies, and strict adherence to YMCA safety policies and procedures. Additionally, the role involves performing equipment checks, inspecting facilities, and supporting the organization's healthy eating and physical activity standards.
