Line Cook

The Line Cook prepares and cooks high-quality menu items while maintaining exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation, consistency, and sanitation at a luxury Curio Collection by Hilton property. The role involves working closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations, minimize food waste, and maintain compliance with food safety and FIFO procedures. The ideal candidate has previous line cook or professional kitchen experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
