Sous Chef

The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading daily culinary operations at a luxury Curio Collection by Hilton property, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and sanitation standards. This hands-on culinary leader supervises and develops kitchen team members while overseeing food preparation, production, and restaurant, banquet, and event operations. The role requires maintaining recipe and presentation standards and ensuring successful service through effective team training, scheduling, and cost management.
