Leader of the Account Management Associate (AMA) team for EMEA, responsible for building and managing a high-performing group that supports Travel & Expense Account Managers and programme administrators. The role focuses on ensuring excellent customer experience and operational scalability while partnering cross-functionally across Account Management, Sales, Product, Finance, Support and Operations. It also establishes the AMA function as a feeder pool into Account Manager roles through career frameworks, training, and promotion pathways.
