Manager, Mid-Market Sales (Client Account Executives)

The Manager will lead and scale a team of Client Account Executives within Reddit’s Mid-Market Sales organization, guiding strategy and team execution to drive client growth and revenue. This role focuses on developing high-performing talent, shaping segment and account-level strategy, and representing client and team needs across cross-functional partners. The position is based in New York or San Francisco and involves regular in-office presence 1-2 times per week.
