The Manager of Customer Onboarding will lead an AMER-based Training & Implementation team to ensure new customers achieve value through technical implementation, platform configuration, and integrations. This role focuses on driving product adoption and creating scalable onboarding and training strategies that shorten time-to-value. The leader will manage team performance and development while partnering cross-functionally to optimize customer hand-offs and long-term success.
