The Manager, Renewals – APAC oversees a team of Renewal Managers focused on customer retention and on-time renewals across the APAC region. This role is responsible for supervising forecasting, aligning with sales strategy, and managing a large portfolio of clients from a revenue and retention perspective. The manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance/RevOps, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and compliance. The position is based in Singapore within a global digital investigations software company.
