About this role

The Technical Support Manager will lead ShipBob's Software Operations Center (SOC) teams in India, ensuring 24/7 production support coverage and operational stability for the global fulfillment network. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement while partnering with engineering and product teams. This position reports to the SOC Director and supports multiple shifts and large support teams to maintain system reliability and incident resolution.
