The Managing Director, Business Partner is a senior People & Culture leader reporting to the Chief People Officer who partners with executive and senior leaders across key client groups to shape people strategy, culture and workforce planning. The role leads a team of business partners and contributes at the P&C senior leadership level to align people programs and strategic initiatives across the organization. It focuses on driving leader capability, accountability and enterprise‑wide outcomes through strategic advisory and partnership.
