Medical Support Specialist

The Medical Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for patients and callers, managing incoming telephone communications for the medical practice. This role requires excellent customer service and strong communication skills to handle scheduling, triage calls, and document encounters in the electronic medical record system.
