Medical Support Specialist

The Medical Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for patients and callers by managing incoming telephone communications for the medical practice. This position requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. While primarily phone-based, the role may occasionally require face-to-face patient interaction and assistance with special projects and administrative duties.
