Medical Support Specialist

The Medical Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for patients, athletes, and callers by managing incoming telephone communications for Evergreen Sports Medicine. This position requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. While primarily phone-based, the role may involve occasional face-to-face patient interaction and assistance with special projects.
