Member Service Representative

The Member Service Representative provides front-line member service and handles various paying or receiving functions for members over the telephone, in person, or by mail. This part-time position is responsible for processing transactions, opening and closing accounts, and actively cross-selling Credit Union products and services. The role serves as the first impression in the branch and reports to the Deposit Ops Supervisor or Branch Supervisor.
