Member Service Representative

The Member Service Representative provides front-line member service and processes transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments for the Credit Union. This part-time role involves opening and closing accounts, assisting with card needs, and cross-selling products while maintaining a positive image for the branch. The position reports to the Deposit Ops Supervisor or Branch Supervisor and requires strong interpersonal and cash handling skills.
