Member Service Representative

The Member Service Representative provides front-line member service within the Credit Union branch, serving as the first point of contact for members. This role involves processing transactions, managing account openings and closures, and assisting with basic debit and credit card needs. The position also includes cross-selling Credit Union products and services while maintaining accurate cash handling and documentation.
