Member Service Representative

The Member Service Representative provides front-line member service and handles a variety of paying or receiving functions for members over the telephone, in person, or by mail. This role involves processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments, as well as opening and closing accounts while actively cross-selling Credit Union products and services. The position reports to the Deposit Ops Supervisor or Branch Supervisor and requires strong interpersonal skills to project a positive image to members.
