About this role
The Member Support Specialist is the first line of contact for Twin members and care teams, troubleshooting digital product issues, sensor/device escalations, and service inquiries. This customer-centric, temporary role partners closely with Clinical Operations, product, sales, and engineering to resolve issues, generate insights, and help optimize the member experience. The position is a 90-day temporary role (possible extension) with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule in PST and may require on-call rotation for emergencies.
