Technical Support specialist on the Customer Success team who provides live chat, email, and occasional phone support to Recharge merchants, troubleshooting issues and escalating bugs to engineering when needed. The role contributes to documentation, identifies incident trends, and maintains product expertise to help merchants grow their subscription businesses. This position works PST shifts as part of a 24/7 support model and is remote.
