About this role

The Manager of Organizational Design will serve as Ensemble's primary subject‑matter expert for organizational structure analysis on a targeted effectiveness engagement. The contractor will design and execute enterprise‑wide org‑charting, spans‑and‑layers analysis, and develop future‑state design frameworks, delivering executive‑grade recommendations to senior leaders.
