Mid Market Program Manager

The Mid Market Program Manager leads the operational performance of Harbor IT's mid-market POD, managing delivery staff, projects, and service workflows to ensure SLA attainment and client satisfaction. This foundational role involves building operational playbooks, overseeing PSA data integrity, and driving renewal and expansion targets for the mid-market client book. The position requires a results-oriented operator to enforce standards, manage team performance, and collaborate with the POD-CIO and CSM to mitigate churn and drive growth.
