The Mid-Market Sales Manager at Unify is responsible for leading and coaching a team of eight Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales quotas in a high-velocity environment. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance conversion rates and hiring processes while fostering a culture of accountability and performance within the sales team.
