About this role

The Nurse Well Guide is a member-facing role within Well’s Member Services team that uses nursing expertise to engage members through phone and digital channels to promote health, wellness, and behavior change. This role is consultative and coaching-focused rather than providing direct clinical care, and it supports members in navigating the healthcare system and removing barriers to care. The position reports to the Advocacy Manager and contributes to a collaborative, member-first environment focused on improving outcomes.
