The Well Guide is a member-facing role on the Member Services team focused on creating frictionless experiences and supporting members' health and wellness. This position reports to a Member Services Supervisor and contributes to Well's mission to transform healthcare by engaging members with empathy and professionalism. The role is on-site in Chapel Hill, NC and supports scheduled shifts to deliver consistent, high-quality member interactions.
