This role leads the end-to-end onboarding journey for new commercial hires at Malt, ensuring they are prepared and confident to join their sales teams. As part of the Planning, Transformation & Enablement team, it serves as the primary point of contact and facilitator for sales onboarding cohorts. The position designs, delivers, and iteratively improves a structured onboarding curriculum and certification program. It plays a key role in driving sales productivity and a consistent ramp-up experience across countries.
