About this role
The Patient Access Liaison I serves as the primary point of contact for access to USC academic medical centers and the Health Sciences Campus, handling inbound and outbound telephone, electronic, and web-based communications. The role responds to basic patient inquiries, routes messages to appropriate medical personnel, and may schedule or confirm initial and follow-up appointments.
