About this role
The Peer Navigator will support the Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) program in Snohomish County by engaging individuals with substance use or co-occurring disorders and connecting them to recovery support services. Working closely with the ODAT services team, this role leverages lived experience to help clients initiate and sustain engagement in recovery resources. The position focuses on strengthening linkages to community-based services and supports within a dynamic public health initiative. It is an in-person role based in Snohomish County, Washington, supported by the CDC Foundation in collaboration with local partners.
