Performance & Remuneration Business Partner

This specialist role leads the operational delivery of performance and development cycles, remuneration activities, position management, and workforce data governance across Australia and New Zealand. The position provides expert advice on remuneration, incentives, job evaluation, and job architecture while translating strategic priorities into practical processes and meaningful workforce insights. Reporting to the Head of P&C Functional Partnering and Enablement, the role collaborates with P&C leaders, Group Reward, Payroll, Finance, and senior operational leaders to support informed workforce and reward decisions.
