The Platform Adoption Services Principal partners with customers to integrate strategy, process, and technology, guiding them through BlackLine's digital transformation and accounting process optimization. The role works closely with Account Managers to develop and execute transformation roadmaps, generate consulting revenue, and ensure successful adoption and expansion of BlackLine solutions.
