The Process Engineer will assist in module assembly processes and maintain back-end semiconductor packaging equipment while supporting Process Engineers in developing assembly steps for R&D and volume system solutions. The role is hands-on with packaging, processing and equipment handling to ensure high-quality, precise product delivery. The position contributes to building subassemblies for electro-optical devices and supports continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
