About this role
KLA’s Global Products Group (ADE business unit) is hiring experienced technical staff to support development of metrology and inspection products for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. The role focuses on technologies for measuring wafer and reticle geometry, thickness, topography, and stress used by wafer houses, IC manufacturers and OEMs. The position is part of KLA’s R&D-focused product organization advancing tools for advanced packaging and bonding applications.
