About this role
The PH&R / Customer Complaints & CI – PCQI at Nom Nom is responsible for managing hold and release processes, consumer complaint investigations, and driving continuous improvement across quality and food safety. The role partners with site Q&FS teams, customer care, and external warehouses to ensure traceability, maintain records, and coordinate dispositions. It also builds and implements continuous improvement programs using Six Sigma and related lean tools to reduce non-conformances and improve customer satisfaction.
