About this role

The role is responsible for implementing and optimising the FT’s Quality Management framework to ensure exceptional customer experiences and meet Quality objectives across global Customer Care teams. It provides support through performance evaluation, quality assessments, data-driven reporting and collaboration with contact centre leaders. The position also helps maintain quality software and drives continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with business standards.
