About this role
The Regional Sales Manager for U.S. AutoForce is responsible for defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies for an assigned segment within a multi-state territory (Florida except Jacksonville and Alabama). Reporting to the Director Regional Sales, the role is accountable for meeting profitability, volume, margin, and market penetration goals while representing the U.S. AutoForce division. The position requires building and leading a high-performing sales organization and coordinating cross-functional efforts to execute the sales strategy.
