Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will lead the launch and ongoing operation of a new 60-cover Mediterranean restaurant at Hoar Cross Hall, establishing exceptional service standards and building a high-performing team. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, financial performance, and guest experiences while working closely with the Head of Food & Beverage and Chef to achieve a Two AA Rosette standard. The successful candidate will shape the restaurant's reputation from day one in a luxury hospitality environment.
