Senior Sous Chef

The Senior Sous Chef will join the opening brigade of a new 60-cover Mediterranean restaurant at Hoar Cross Hall, working closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to establish food standards, kitchen operations, and a high-performing team culture. This role involves leading the kitchen brigade during service, developing menus, and ensuring the restaurant achieves and maintains a minimum Two AA Rosette standard. The position offers the opportunity to shape the kitchen's operations and contribute to the establishment's reputation from the very beginning.
