About this role
AlphaSense is hiring a Sales Enablement Lead to own and optimize onboarding, ramp, and effectiveness for Account Managers within the Financial Services business. The role partners closely with Customer Success leadership and cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable learning experiences that accelerate time-to-productivity and improve retention. The lead will use performance insights to iterate programs and ensure AMs are set up to exceed their goals from day one.
