About this role
A Care Solutions Consultant guides families and clients through initial conversations about in-home, non-medical care and connects them to Home Instead’s services. The role is remote and full-time, part of a performance-driven sales organization with an emphasis on outreach and conversion outcomes. New hires must complete a mandatory three-week virtual training with on-camera participation. The position supports Honor’s mission to improve aging in place and reports to the Sales Manager.
