Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at Flex, you will manage a full pipeline at an early-stage, high-growth startup, generating net-new revenue while evangelizing the brand to mid-market founders and executives. This role involves owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and demos to onboarding and closing, while building robust relationships with key financial decision-makers. You will also contribute to shaping product direction and go-to-market strategies through customer feedback and strategic experimentation.
