A Senior Customer Success Manager at DoiT (SELECT) will own the end-to-end post-sale customer experience for the SELECT product, ensuring customers realize measurable value and driving retention and expansion. The role partners with the GM/founder to define and build the Customer Success program from the ground up and will take full ownership of the initial customer portfolio. This is a remote role based in North America (EST) on a small, fast-moving product team.
