The Mid-Market Account Success Leader at Crossbeam will own retention and expansion for mid-sized customers, driving Gross Revenue Retention, expansion ARR, and Net Revenue Retention above 100%. This role leads and grows a team of Account Success Managers, sets strategy and playbooks, and ensures customers realize ongoing value from the platform. The leader partners across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partnerships and represents the mid-market success segment in leadership planning.
